Delivery and Returns


Delivery will be via either Royal Mail or an approved courier. Please note that a signature may be required upon receipt of your order.

When your order is ready for despatch, you will receive an email to let you know, so you can start looking forward to receiving beautiful jewellery!


UK Delivery

Delivery is free on all UK orders. Items will be handmade and despatched within 7 days of placing your order.

Items delivered within the UK usually arrive within 3-5 working days, but this may increase during busy times.


Internation  Delivery

International  delivery is available for a flat rate of £8.95 per order within the EU or £9.95 for the rest of the world. Delivery on orders over £100 is free. Items will be handamde and despatched within 7 days of placing your order.

Items delivered outside of the UK usually arrive within 7-14 working days of despatch, but this may increase during busy times.



I really hope you'll love the pieces you purchase from Lentri, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you can return it for an exchange, repair or refund. 

If you wish to return your order for any reason, the item(s) must be sent in its original packaging, in an unused condition. 

I strongly recommend returning your item to us via a recorded delivery service, as I cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Please note that proof of postage is not proof of delivery.


Cancellation / Return of Order

If you change your mind, you can cancel / return your order with Lentri within 14 days of placing it. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please first contact me. If your order has not yet been despatched, I will cancel it and refund you as soon as I have received your cancellation request. 

If your order has been despatched, you are required to cancel your order by contacting Lentri on customerservices@lentri.com within 14 days of receiving it. Please return your item, in original packaging and at your own expense, within a further 14 days. A refund for the cost of your order will be issued no later than 14 days after Lentri receiving your returned order (or receiving a proof of posting from yourself). This includes a refund of a delivery charge.

Should you require an exchange of an item (for example, in a different ring size), the replacement item will be made and sent to you as soon as possible after receiving your return. The cost of posting your original item back to Lentri is your responsibility, but exchanged items will be posted back out to you at no additional cost.

Due to hygiene reasons, in the case of earrings, cancellation of an order will only be accepted prior to your order being despatched, or in the event of the item being faulty.


Faulty Items

Lentri's pieces are all subject to quality testing before they are despatched. However, should your item have a fault, it can be returned for repair, exchange or a full refund (including delivery costs.) within 30 days of receiving your item. In the instance of faulty items, Lentri will cover the cost of return postage. If you wish to return a faulty item, please first email customerservices@lentri.com with your order number, item(s) ordered and the nature of the fault (including a photo would be very helpful, but isn't essential)
